**There will be a service fee of 2.50% or a minimum of $1.50 for using this system with a credit or debit card. A fee of $1.50 flat rate fee will be charged if paying by eCheck. This fee is not charged nor collected by Lucas County, OH but by the payment processor {Forte}.**

Online Pay is now available for the Environmental Health Division Only. Items available for online pay include:
-Water sample – $50.
-Mortgage Sewage Inspection – $100.
-Mortgage Private Water Inspection – $100.
-Property Improvement Evaluation (PIE) – $50.
-Lead Education – $140.
-Level 1 Food Safety Training – $30.
-ServSafe (Level 2) Food Safety Training – $165.

-Any other payments made, please include the correct amount and description. If an application is involved, you must fax the signed application to: Environmental Health (419) 213-4141
