Children’s Trust Fund: The purpose of the Children’s Trust Fund Committee is to
advise and make recommendations to the Family Council on the development
of the Local Prevention Plan and the Local Allocation Plan for the
prevention of child abuse and neglect. Also serve as technical assistance
to and oversight of CTF funded projects. Committee Chair: Meliss Klorer

Data and Evaluation Network: The purpose of
the Family Council Data and Evaluation Network (DEN) is to establish a
development round-table under the Family Council. The primary function of
the DEN is to coordinate the systematic collection, analysis and
dissemination of existing data and information for Lucas County children
and families. Committee Chair: Dan Pompa (dpompa@co.lucas.oh.us)
Early Childhood Coordinating Committee(EC3): The Early Childhood Coordinating Committee represents the expertise in Birth-to-Three services to Family Council. The EC3 acts in an advisory capacity for Help Me Grow. EC3 is responsible for working with the Help Me Grow Coordinator and the Family Council Director in developing policies and procedures for Help Me Grow Lucas County.
Healthy Lucas County: The purpose of the Healthy Lucas County Committee is improving health and quality of life by mobilizing partnerships and taking strategic action in Lucas County.
Lucas County Alliance for Early Education & Child Care: The mission of the Lucas County Alliance for Early Education and Child Care is to stimulate and facilitate activities among organizations, stakeholders, service providers and consumers that improve and support quality educational and child care services for Lucas County children and their families.
Maternal Health Committee: The goal of the Maternal Child Health Committee is to improve the health status of women and children through coordinated community wide planning and implementation of identified strategies.
Parent Community Partnership: Made up of stakeholders including parents, government, service providers, and community advocates. Mission of the Parent Community Partnership: As a community we will empower and support parents in their responsibility for rearing their children with core values, faith, love, and the basic needs of life.
Partners for Successful Youth (PSY): The
mission of Partners for Successful Youth is to significantly reduce the
rate of pre-teen and teen pregnancy in Lucas County. Committee Chair: Marilyn Parker(mparker@co.lucas.oh.us)
Pooled Fund Group: Consists of the Executives of the agencies that pool funds
to finance the Lucas County Cluster. The goal of the Cluster is to ensure
intersystem coordination of services that result in comprehensive,
effective, responsive, and accessible services to children and their
families involved in multiple systems. Committee Chair: Dean Sparks(dsparks@co.lucas.oh.us)
