2018 Proposed All Fee Schedule
The Toledo-Lucas County Board of Health will be hearing public comment on the proposed 2018 fees at the Board Meeting on Thursday, December 21 at 8:30 am in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at 635 N Erie Street Toledo, Ohio 43604.

Online Pay is now available. Items available for online pay include:
-Water sample – $50.
-Mortgage Sewage Inspection – $100.
-Mortgage Private Water Inspection – $100.
-Property Improvement Evaluation (PIE) – $40.
-Lead Education – $140.
-Level 1 Food Safety Training – $30.
-ServSafe (Level 2) Food Safety Training – $165.

If you need to pay for an item not listed, please call (419) 213-4100, option 3.

**There will be a service fee of 2.50% or a minimum of $1.50 for using this system with a credit card. A fee of $1.50 will be charged if paying by eCheck. This fee is not charged nor collected by Lucas County, OH but by the payment processor {Forte}.
