SERVICES PROVIDED

The pediatric clinic provides well child care, acute care and follow up care for the treatment of common pediatric conditions. Well child physicals consist of a thorough pediatric history and physical assessment by a physician and registered nurse.

Health screenings for lead, anemia, hearing, vision, and urinalysis are completed in addition to social, dental, nutritional and developmental assessments. We provide care for children birth to 21 years of age.

Immunizations are also provided in the pediatric clinic.

The Health Department offers assistance in Medicaid Enrollment. This takes place at the Downtown location in the front lobby, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00p.m.-4:30 p.m. Please bring photo ID and proof of income (if applicable). Any questions, please call 419-213-4307.

**The Health Department will not turn away any patient based upon ability to pay. All fees are billed according to a sliding fee scale.**

Toledo-Lucas County Health Department offers an online portal for all patients. Patients can login to the online portal or through it’s mobile app and access the following features all at their fingertips:
